  Disrespectful employee. I walked in and behind me was the employee's friend. The entire time I was trying to order he kept talking to his friend. He handed me the wrong drink (1) when I asked for 2 drinks. Then he tells me that I told him that - clearly was too busy focusing on his friends than with a customer. He kept repeating "that's what you said" - clearly there was a misunderstanding and the back talk was uncalled for. I then asked for the 2nd drink and he said I didn't asked for it and I said you're right MY MOM gave you her order. Too busy paying attention to your friend! He started to raise his voice and tell me that I needed to relax - the last thing you tell someone that you've offended. Then he rang me up for what he forgot to charge me for and instead of finishing my order he begins to talk to his friend. The guy had to tell the employee to just finish up what he was doing. At least I wasn't the only one that noticed that he was being completely unprofessional. I asked for the store manager's name and he waved me off and said to come tomorrow. WAVED ME OFF! You sir need to be fired!!!!!!! Store Manager - Franchise Owner YOU NEED TO CONSIDER A NEW EMPLOYEE! I'll be back tomorrow morning to speak to someone besides his disrespectful self!
