  We went on Saturday night (3/25) the waiting area was packed, we heard people complaining and shouting about their wait, so we decided to eat at the bar. They only had 2 young ladies working the bar, on such a busy night. These young ladies were very professional considering how busy the bar area was, and let alone the whole restaurant for that matter. My only complaint was that it took a very long time for us to get our food, while sitting at the bar. We understood that you only had 2 young ladies working the bar area, and the restaurant was packed, but for a busy Saturday night you would think you'd have more help, at the bar area.We did get our drinks right away, that wasn't a problem. We'll probably go back again some day, but not anytime soon. By the time we left we had spent almost 2 hours in there, that's a long time for a small meal we had...

  Came in for a burger. The waitress told me they could not cook it less than a little pink in the middle. Say what? Isn't this a National Barbecue chain? Would it be reasonable to assume that they know how to properly cook a burger that is medium rare? I thought so too.
  
  This is becoming a trend with big burger places, Red Robin does the same thing and they are supposed to offer "Gourmet Burgers". If by gourmet they mean a hunk of dry overcooked meat topped with some barbecue sauce and some basic fixings, then I guess I agree. The same applies to Famous Dave who I guess prides himself on being able to slather proprietary BBQ sauces on their overcooked chunks of meat.
  
  It is very sad that I can go to Bulldogs, a local pub a few miles away with only 8 tables, and ask for a medium rare burger that is actually medium rare and delicious every time.
  
  Hey Famous Dave, your sauces are not so great that they absolve you from having the knowledge to cook meat the way a customer would like it cooked.
  
  PS. I'd give at least two stars but the potato wedges were undercooked as well. All around 1/5 visit.

  We had been going there for years and we are always satisfied with our meals. Their kids meals are very good. All hamburgers are very tasty. The bun is so good. They also have the best margaritas in the area believe it or not. The bread pudding is my all time favorite. My only criticism is the salt in the ribs, if they will tone that down a notch they would be so much better. Also they got rid of some of our favorite menu items like the pita salmon spread appetizer. Ice cream sundaes are also extra good!
